Frequently asked questions:
Q: I got a yellow form in the mail, what is it for?
A: This is a Financial Assistance Form. Some people are eligible for financial assistance to pay their medical bills. If you would like to apply, fill out the form and send it back.
Q: Is there any place I can walk in and pay my bill?
A: Yes. You can pay your bill at our location on Main Street in Lincoln, across from Marden's, or at PVH Patient Registration at the hospital on Transalpine Road in Lincoln.
Q: Where exactly are you located?
A. We are directly across from Marden’s next to Machais Savings Bank. We are located where LaVerdieres and the arcade used to sit, next to the Rehabilitation and Wellness Center. Look for our sign on the window.
Q: Can I pay my bill online?
A: Yes, click the button "Click Here to Pay Your Bill" on this page. Or we will gladly take your payment over the phone by credit or debit card.
Q: Why did Medicare not pay for my pharmacy items?
A: Medicare does not pay for self-administered drugs. Any drug that qualifies as over the counter is considered self administered.
Q: How can I contact your office? When is your office open?
A: Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. You can reach us by phone at 794-7194. Our mailing address is PO Box 368, Lincoln, ME 04457.
