 David A. Shannon is the Chief Executive Officer of Penobscot Valley Hospital in Lincoln. Before taking the position in 2006, he spent 13 years as the Chief Financial Officer for the facility, so he has a great understanding of the needs of the community as well as the history and future goals of PVH. Mr. Shannon has gone out of his way to help foster a friendly, accommodating atmosphere at PVH. He has also made himself available to staff and community members who wish to discuss healthcare concerns and how PVH can better serve its patients.
